BEDS Plus offers a range of evidence-based programs to meet the varied and complex need of neighbors experiencing or facing homelessness.
Emergency Services
connects people facing homelessness to immediate resources and services.
Interim Housing
provides intensive short-term case management coupled with private, temporary housing at area motels and in scattered master-leased apartments.
Transitional Housing
provides medium-term rental assistance until a client can become independent.
Permanent Supportive Housing
couples long-term, individualized
support with rental assistance at agency-owned and master-leased, scattered community apartments.
Family and Youth Services
offers dedicated family housing programs in master-leased apartment units.

John faced the overwhelming challenges of homelessness for over 20 years, a struggle that began with the heartbreaking loss of his mother when he was a young adult.
